Tips for the Blog:

-Whenever there is flour called for in a recipe, THIS is what I use. If you are not following a gluten-free diet, then just use wheat flour and omit the xanthan gum in all recipes.

-To find certain recipes or recipes that contain certain ingrediens (i.e. chicken), you have several options. You can go to the "recipe index" page and look in the chicken section, you can use the "search" bar on the right and type in "chicken" to find recipes, or you can scroll down to the list of "labels," click on chicken and it will take you to all the chicken recipes I have.

-To print a recipe, highlight the recipe starting at the first word and stopping at the last word. It may look like you are highlighting the entire blog, but you're really not. Right click on the highlighted words and choose the "print." Once the print box comes up, choose "selection" where it says print all pages, selection, or just specific pages. Hope that works for everybody!!!!
