If you are interested in making any of my recipes,
but you DON'T need them to be gluten-free,
then here is just a couple of tricks for you to easily do that:
#1. I use a special blend of gluten-free flours, but you, of course, wouldn't need to do that,
so you can just use the same amount of regular, wheat flour.
#2. Because I don't use wheat flour, there is no gluten in my baked goods to help them be nice and fluffy and moist. So I have to use stuff called "xanthan gum."
If you are using regular wheat flour, completely omit the xanthan gum from the recipe!
And that's it!! Most of my recipes are old family favorites
that I have just tweaked to make them gluten-free!
So I hope that even if you AREN'T on a gluten-free diet, you will try out some of these recipes!
