-Chick-fil-A-
Tip:
One of the best things here, is that when you order a sandwich with no bun, the price comes down! Take off the tomato? The price comes down!!! Take off the pickle? I hope you don't, but if you do - the price comes down! So ultimately you're actually paying for what you're getting, instead of paying for a whole meal and only getting half of it!

-Domino's Pizza-
Domino's website doesn't have an allergen list or ingredient list. However they do have a gluten-free pizza, so I have provided the website link and location link. I would suggest using the location link, calling the number of the restaurant near you and finding out if you can get any pizza with a gluten-free crust or what the limitations are. I have not had a gluten-free pizza (or any pizza for that matter) from here, so I don't know anything about it, except that they offer it!

-Cracker Barrel-
Cracker Barrel is definitely my all time favorite restaurant!
Unfortunately, when I contacted them, they couldn't give me a Nutritional or Allergen Menu.
There are lots of things that are gluten-free, but things could be VERY easily cross-contaminated.
We have not had any trouble there, BUT as I've said before, we don't have Celiac Disease, just a gluten-sensitivity. I will list the things we like to order there, but you will have to use your own discretion as to whether or not you can eat at a place like this.
Breakfast:
Eggs
Sausage
Bacon
Grits
Oatmeal
Fried Apples
Lunch/Dinner:
Grilled Chicken Tenderloin (that's our favorite!)
Grilled Reuben Platter (just ask for it with no bread!)
Side Dishes:
Mashed Potatoes
Steak Fries
Baked Sweet Potato
Mixed Seasonal Vegetables
Steamed Broccoli
Green Beans
Corn
Fresh Fruit
Baby Carrots
Pinto Beans
Cole Slaw
Applesauce
Fried Apples
Salads:
Grilled Chicken Salad (no croutons)
From the "Low Carb" Menu:
Roast Beef with mushrooms and onions
Smothered Grilled Chicken
Dessert:
Frozen Mug Sundaes
There is a lot more items on their menu, but they will vary from store to store.
The items that are listed above are ONLY the items that we have personally eaten and know to be safe for us.
If you have a question about a certain item on the menu, ask your waiter and if they don't know, ask to speak to a manager or cook. As long as you are polite and don't waste their time, they will be happy to help you out!
And if they bring you a salad with croutons on it, PLEASE politely tell them your situation, and ask them to take you salad back, and get you a new one. But PLEASE be polite!!!!!!
