I am re-heating when they have just si...Hi Sherry! <br />I am re-heating when they have just simply been refrigerated. I have never tried to freeze one, but that's a great idea! I would said that if you were to freeze it whole (as is, with the bones and everything), then the best way to re-heat it, would be Slow-Cooker method I mentioned. I recommend a low setting for maybe 6-8 hours. I'm sure the oven method would work too, but it does not do a very good job at keep the meat moist, so I would be more apt to put it in the crockpot. Again, I'm not sure, because I've never done it, so these are just my speculations!! If you try it and find success, please come back and share, and I will add it to the post!!
